Siciid Evra is the Director General of the Municipality of Garowe, the capital city of Puntland. He is a senior public official recognized for his leadership, administrative expertise, and commitment to strengthening local governance and improving public services.
Mr. Siciid Evra has extensive experience in public administration, municipal management, and urban development.
